  1. A good area to discuss. Nowadays without IT, a company can not manage their ever changing business practises. Personal data base management of employees is very vital. Adopting the HRIS system would give the company the competitive advantage over others.

  2. In my view this is an important topic to be discussed, nowadays almost all the industry are emphasizing technology.
this can be crucial in the success and survival of the company. Because HR in an organization with better IT incorporation will have better management of their Human Resources. In other words IT helps them better manage their human capital.

  6. Also there are adverse effects of Technology involvement in HR. Data security and the threat of hacking, problem of surveillance and privacy rights and finally people who cannot adopt new technology they have to face job elimination and displacement of workers. Also some of these general systems act as a data source which is later used in back markets. Whenever IT is involved, even though it eliminates the current problems but later introduce new problems which the company needs to tackle. Also transferring form a manual system takes a lot effort because all the documents should be digitized. But eventually the change is inevitable and if the company didn't embrace these new changes, there are higher chances for it to fall back from the competition.

Information technology is the study, design, development, implementation, support or management of computer-based information systems, particularly software applications and computer hardware. IT workers help ensure that computers work well for people.

Most IT jobs fall into four broad categories: computer scientists, computer engineers, systems analysts and computer programmers. HR managers responsible for recruiting IT employees increasingly must become familiar with the function and titles of the job titles in demand today.
